Television Show with Producer Rob Lewis

Grammy award producer Rob Lewis, who worked with Christina Aguilera, Patti LaBelle, Dr. Dre, and many more, was looking for musicians to play on his new television show pilot with special guest Brian McKnight.

I came to the auditions at Berklee where the room was full of very good musicians. Rob Lewis told us to come on stage and play together. When he wanted you to leave the stage he would touch your shoulder. When I was on stage, he asked me to play alone to introduce a new song. I improvised what came to my head and introduced a groove that would be played during the song. I was pleased that he loved this introduction therefore he asked me to play in the show. This was my first television experience and I would love to do more.
