Private Lesson with Eddie Gomez

The legendary bassist Eddie Gomez played with Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Bill Evans, Gerry Mulligan, Benny Goodman, Chick Corea and many more artists. My Berklee flute teacher, Matt Marvuglio, is currently a member of his quintet and he offered me the opportunity to have a private lesson with Eddie. It was an unbelievable experience for me. We played the standard tune 500 Miles High by Chick Corea and improvised as a trio with a piano. Afterwards he gave me and the pianist some advice on technique and performance.
